Game timings for the weekend:

Saturday : Three Games
Sunday : Two Games

Games will be about 2 hours 20 mins plus a 1-10 min(ish) variable addition determined by the period umpire, followed by the traditional "dice down, hard stop".

Saturday 0900-1130, 12-1430, 1500-1730
Sunday 0930-1200, 1300-1530

Registration will be between 8-9am and all players should have left the building by 6.30pm.

Here is the latest practical info about the event and venue etc:

1. The entrance to the site is via Gate A. The postcode is GU14 6XE or What 3 Words – ///oldest.scans.dozed. All directions are on https://wargamesreading.co.uk/warfare-2025/ and there are signs all over Farnborough.

2. You can enter the venue from 8am both days. On Saturday enter via the West Entrance on the side of the building. On Sunday use the main entrance.

3. Everyone must leave the venue by 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday. Please note these are hard deadlines set by the venue.. This is an update from previous information.

4. At the West Entrance on Saturday there will be a map showing the location of tables for each tournament and every table will be marked with the name of the tournament.

5. Accompanied children under 16 can enter free of charge. So feel free to bring your kids. In fact it's encouraged - more potential recruits for the hobby and extra spending on refreshments.

WAR have posted the map of the venue - looks like we are all in a block together, towards the back corner of the main gaming area this year (NOT in the side room as we have been for the last few years).

I've highighted our tables on this map.

The blue arrows show the two usual entrances. Assuming the gamers entrance from the car park is in use again this year, chances are most of us will be getting in following the blue arrow at bottom right, otherwise it will be via the main show entrance shown bottom left.



Feel free to start as soon as you arrive and find your opponent on Saturday - and don't forget to bring a cloth if you have one !
