In this situation, the LI is completly inside a gully and the archer in closer than 1 UD with the front left corner but further than 1 UD of the gully with the front right corner.
In order to resolve the shoting , do we need to consider that the edge of the gully is blocking one of the LoS? or it is unnecesary because the visibility in gullies has nothing to do with LoS?
- LI can shoot archer but archer cannot shoot to LI? or
- LI can shoot archer and archer can shoot back to LI? |

The gully is different that forest/plantation.
I have always played it: You either see in, or you don't.
In this case you see in.
I base this on p72
The alternative is we have bending gullies which create geometric places to hide, which is generally not the intent of the rules. i.e. we don't want to provoke the creation of sneaky terrain. |
