Call for the AKRA LEUKA VI Tournament.
Rules for the "Art of War" Tournament AKRA LEUKA VI 2026.
DATE: January 16, 17 and 18, 2026.
PLACE: Hotel DANIYA***, Alicante, Spain
REGISTRATION
1.- Registration implies full acceptance of the considerations detailed below.
2.- Participation in this tournament is open to any player whose previous registration is validated by the organization. The tournament is approved for national and international classifications.
3.- To pre-register send a message to: akraleukator@gmail.com , WHATSAPP or any other mean of contact. There is no limit to the number of pre-registered.
Pre-registration will end on October 15, 2025.
4.- Subsequently, the first to verify the payment of the registration fee will finally be included in the tournament, in strict order until the places are filled, following the indications of these rules.
The final registration for the tournament must meet the following two requirements:
4.1 Payment of the registration fee, between OCT 15 2025 and DEC 15 2025 (23:59).
4.2 Sending army lists before January 4, 2026 at 23:59 p.m. The lists will be sent to akraleukator@gmail.com
5.- The number of places for players is 74.
6.- Registration price 38 €, (42 € if payment is made through PayPal) includes Saturday lunch. Unfortunately, once the payment has been made, the organization will not make any refund in case of withdrawal or non-attendance of the player.
7.- The payment procedure will be made by BANK TRANSFER or Pay Pal. For OTHER OPTIONS send an inquiry email to akraleukator@gmail.com
The current account number is the same as in previous years and will be provided privately.
8.- The lists of definitively registered players, as well as the first match will be published in advance.
TOURNAMENT RULES
9.- It will be played with armies with 15 mm miniatures, in official bases of the regulations for this scale. The miniatures must correctly represent the type of troop and the army must be fully painted.
10.- This tournament will apply the V4 version "Art de la Guerre", including the latest rectifications, FAQs, official amendments and clarifications published. This information can be found on the website: ADLG - Art De La Guerre.
11.- Score: It will be ordered according to the victory points marked in the Excel sheet downloadable on the official website of the game.

12.- The Theme of the AKRA LEUKA VI Tournament is: CLASSIC PERIOD IN THE MEDITERRANEAN FROM 390 Bc-35 bC.
It is mandatory to use all command capacity from the chosen list. However, choosing a Strategist remains optional.

13.- ALLIES: An ally from other lists than the previous ones is not allowed.
14.- There will only be one list per player.
15.- The date of the army list may be any of those contemplated therein.
The list should mention an exact year for the army. IMPORTANT
17.- Army lists must be provided according to the Excel sheet that appears on the website WEB in the tab "Game Aids" (ANY LANGUAGE) and must be sent no later than January 4, 2026 at 23:59 to akraleukator@gmail.com
GAMES
18.- 6 games will be played, 1 on Friday 16, 3 on Saturday 17 and 2 on Sunday 18. In each game, the "Deployment and Result Sheet" (Yellow Sheet) provided by the organization will be used.
19.- Players will bring their TERRAIN elements (and if possible mats). The Organization will prohibit pieces of land that do not conform to the Regulations (size, shape) and the provisions of the chapter "TERRAIN" of the rules, page 70 and following of the AdlG rules.
20.- Only and exclusively the dices (D6) provided by the organization for this edition will be used. If both players agree at the start of the game, the following may be applied:
-Re-rolls. 3 recasts throughout the game.
-The system “roll 3 dices, choose the middle value†only for the resolution of the combats (3 dice are rolled and the intermediate value is taken). To do this, players must use the opponent's dice since the organization only provides 2 dice per player.
Other forms of resolution such as particular dice or cards are not allowed.
21.- There will be no pairings between players of the same club during the first 4 round. (pairings from same nationality are still possible, i.e. players from Scotland and south Britain could be pair Italian from north and south, and French and spanish from different areas). During the 5th and 6th rounds this will apply from the player in 21st place. That is, the top 20 players at the start of the 5th and 6th rounds will be paired even if they are of the same nationality or club.
22.- First round matchups: the match on Friday the 16th may start at 19:00, 20:00, or 21:00. Players will privately inform the organization of the time they can start the game: this will establish three groups of players (those starting at 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00). The 19:00 players will be randomly paired considering what is established in point 21 if possible, and likewise for the rest at 20:00 and 21:00.
23.- When announcing their list to the opponent, players must specify:
Army/ List date/ if there is a Strategist
24.-The organization shall provide a paper copy of the verified army lists. Once the game has started, the referee or his assistants may ask the players for the "Deployment and Result Sheet" (Yellow Sheet), to check the veracity of the same.
25.- Players will clearly describe their troops during deployment.
26.- The games will have a maximum duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes with a minimum of 7 turns per player, although the game will continue if there is time left and even if 7 turns have been played.
The first 2 hours of gameplay will be announced. Players will start blitz turns if necessary.
The attacking player will NOT start his turn if there is no time left for the defender to play his. They must assume that the game is over even if there are a few minutes left.
Players will scrupulously take care that a game does not last longer than the stipulated time. THE REFEREE WILL END THE GAME AS IT IS AT 2:30 IF THE PLAYERS IGNORE THESE RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Please consider item 1 of the Call.
As the only special exception, the main referee will take into account the loss of time that the assistant referees (they can also be players) may have, as they are required, by other players during the development of their games.
27.- BLITZ TURNS. Each player BLITZ sequence will be done as follows:
3 TIMED MINUTES to make movements (controlled by the opponent or assistant referee if available). Consider excluded time for the evasion of charges
Resolve shots and combats as quick as possible.
The referee may determine at any time the performance of a blitz turn if he observes that a game does not have the proper rhythm "playing time - turns played".
ARBITRATION AND FAIR PLAY
28.- The main referee will be JAVIER DÃAZ. Other member of AKRA LEUKA CLUB could be auxiliary referees.
To avoid any sterile disputes, players are asked to:
A) Make the movements as precise as possible.
B) Mark the position of the units before making a move.
C) Make it clear if you are outside or within key distances (Shot, ZOC, charging distance)
D) Determine beforehand when a dice falls in a valid position and when it does not.
The final decisions of the referee or his assistants will be final.
29.- RESOLUTION OF DRAW: if two players tie on points, the tiebreaker is established as follows:
1.- In case they have faced each other and one was the winner, this will be the one that occupies the best position. If both tied, whatever the points obtained, the next point will be applied.
2.- In all other cases, the one with the highest score will obtain the best position after adding the scores obtained by his opponents (opponents score).
30.- The Organization (CLUB AKRA LEUKA), as the organizer of the tournament, reserves the right to modify, expand or eliminate any aspect of these rules depending on specific situations that may arise.

Lunch on Saturday 17th: Lunch bag. In charge of the organization. The cost is included in the registration fee.

Parking is free for people staying at the hotel and subject to availability because there are more rooms than spaces, but in the back of the hotel outside there are many spaces to park without problem.

AIRPORT TRANSPORT.
The C-6 bus line (Shuttle) connects the airport with the city centre and has two stops very close to the CITY CENTRE. This bus stops in the DEPARTURES (Upper level) area of the Airport, and usually has a frequency of approximately 20-25 minutes. The transfer takes about 20 minutes. Its cost is approximately 4 euros.
