So the question is how is this defined

Is it:

Up to 6 heavy cavalry before 210BC then a mix of Cataphract and Heavy Cavalry after 210BC ? (with up to 2 or 4 elite?)
Or
Cataphract only after 210BC ? (with only up to 2 elite?)

Yikes, no one ever offered an opinion!?

I think it's a mix of 2-6 hCav or Ct with up to 2 elite. I read page 87 as implying if you ever have a situation where maxs are accumulated, it must be emphatically stated.
