Are they standard or fortified? As they are only 2pts, cheaper than a fortified more than a standard the 2pts must account for some sort of feature, but there is nothing on p8, p66 or p76 that mentions anything about them.

Hi Mark,
They cost 2 points.
They are not fortified.
They increase the army break point by one point.
If they are sacked then they are worth six points to the enemy. |

All correct except they do not count as fortified. |

Where does it say that they count as Fortified please?
Page 8 just states that they represent an important personality or a relic, and that since its loss would be demoralising for the army, it should be defended.
If it was Fortified it would be a very cheap way of buying a Fortified camp
