A few proposed minor omissions / suggestions for the Mamluk list 259.

Option to give 0-2 Amir's Mamluks Crossbow instead of Bow (this is based on the research conducted by David Nicolle & an image on a C13th Mamluk glass bottle)
NB: it might be possible that these should be depicted as LC crossbow - however - I would argue against this as auxiliary LC was supplied either by Turkoman or Bedouins and that the image on the bottle clearly shows a well dressed rider - so is more likely to have been a Mamluk.

Option to deploy 0-2 Bedouins as: Light Camel impact (mediocre)@ 5pts (this is based on Mamluk drawings of lance armed Bedouin camelry)
NB: with the option for the Mamluk to use Desert terrain, not having some camels in the army seems a bit unlikely.

Add: post 1500 AD
0-2 War Wagons firearms @ 12pts
0-2 Handgunners (mediocre) @ 5pts (NB: mediocre classification might be too 'harsh' but these were poorer quality slave troops)
0-6 Field Defenses @ 2pts (embankments, palisades and ditches)
All the above were used by Mamluk forces in their final battles against the Ottomans.

You should edit this proposed changes so no one mistakenly believes it is a live errata.

I do agree, post 1500 some changes would be in order. Have you been on to SImon in the renaissance lsits?
