Call for the first edition of the HISPALIS INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT “City of Seville”.

DATE: May 28 and 29, 2022.

REGISTRATION:
The number of participants is limited to 40. Whoever signs up later will enter the waiting list.
The registration fee is €30 and includes lunch on Saturday.
The reservation of a place will be made in strict order of payment of the registration.
Only players who make the payment within the set deadline will be included in the tournament.

Indicate your name, surname and club.
If you want to reserve accommodation, you must indicate it in this email so that we can manage it.
In response to the reservation email, the account number where the registration price can be entered will be sent.
Registration opens: April 3, 2022. Deadline May 14.

RULES
We will play 15mm miniatures armies, in official bases of the regulation for this scale. The miniatures must correctly represent the type of troop and the army must be fully painted.
This tournament will apply the V4 version "Art de la Guerre", including the latest official amendments published, as well as the clarifications and amendments presented in the latest FAQ. This information can be found on the website: ADLG - Art De La Guerre.
Score: It will be sorted according to the victory points marked by the downloadable Excel sheet on the official WEBSITE of the game.

LISTS AND ARMIES:
Theme of the Tournament:
“Mare Nostrum. Roman conquest of the Mediterranean sea, from de death of Alexander to the fall of the Roman Empire. Dates from 322 BC to 476 AD.”

Armies allowed:
Armies dates allowed from 322 BC to 476 AD. All the Roman armies and his foes, who were a menace in broad terms to this Roman supremacy are included.
So, only the following armies from 322 BC to 476 AD are allowed:
Lists 12, 17, 41 – 45, 47 – 48, 50 – 53, 54 – 56, 58, 60 – 63, 66 – 67, 69 – 73, 74, 83 – 88, 89 – 97, 102 – 106, 108 – 110; 113.

Army lists must be sent before May 14 for review and correction. These lists must be in the official excel format for v4.

Awards ceremony as soon as possible


ACCOMMODATION:
It is recommended to stay at the hotel where the tournament is held.
The prices of accommodation and meals are currently being negotiated.
