Mounted troops can dismount if opponent field elephants.
But many armies had historically never seen a elephant, ie all européans armys and so on. So, a army whom never see elephant can dismount.
But american can't dismount, does is means that's author's intention was giving elephant in those armies, and he finaly forgot?
I think a DT clarification must be done about this point....

Well, with the Copan carving clearly depicting an elephant, the well known fact that Phoenicians reached the central America (and could have brought with them north-African elephants) while searching for Oak Island, and finally with the Democrats having an elephant as symbol proves that ancient plain Indians must have used them (before hunting them to extinction obviously)
The DT should authorize 0-2 Elephant mediocre for the lists 284 and 0-2 Elephant for #298 and 299.
