In the new v4 rules is it possible for a Unit (not Light) to make 2 quarter or half turns in the same move paying for each obviously?

Currently there is no bullett preventing a Unit from doing 2 quarter/half turns during one move.

Good question.
In French section under u turns for full details.
Errata to come for p32 ( basically will be as v3.)
Ie:-
No double u/half turns per move except light troops .
