| Regarding the “ Mounted Men at Arms†in this list… Is it permitted to upgrade the Heavy Knight or Heavy Knight Impact to Elite? Or does the upgrade to Elite only apply to those bought as Heavy Knight Impetuous or Foot Knights? |

Looking at List 241 - the Elite upgrade only applies to the units above the line - so the Heavy Knights impetuous (which I'd assume were of Spanish or French origin) and the Foot Knights (probably of English origin or dismounted French knights) can be upgraded.
Those units below the line - Heavy Knights (probably of German or Low Countries origin) and Heavy Knights impact (Germans or Italian origin) cannot be upgraded to elite.
That's my interpretation anyway
