I understand the 10UD x 10UD squares for terrain positioning.
Does the terrain piece have to be completely within the square rolled or just partially?
What if a second terrain piece must be placed in the same square and because of the micro-position roll will overlap the first piece placed -- what should be done?
Thanks in advance,

I think the intent is not terrain out side of the box and no overlapping terrain. |

Yes, I would agree on a strict rules interpretation.
But that doesn't answer the question that if you can't place the second piece -- what happens?
That *almost* happened in a solitaire game I was playing myself. The two pieces barely fit -- but if the first had been just a smidgen different in size/location, they could not have both been placed in the same 10x10.

Correctamundo, Dan!
So I think we've answered this ourselves.
A piece must be 100% within its 10x10 and if it doesn't fit, it must be discarded.
Thanks,
