Howdy!
The rules are pretty clear on how many terrain elements a player can adjust.
It is also clear that a strategist can adjust "one more element".
So -- just to be clear -- if a player chooses 4 elements they would normally not be allowed to adjust any elements. But what if they have a strategist commander? Can they adjust 1 terrain element? (One more than zero?) Also, if they do this, I would assume they cannot do a re-roll for this one adjustment.
Thanks,
John |

Yes, if you dispose of a strategist you'll be able to try to moving one terrain feature even il you've choose 4 elements. _________________ Hasta la victoria Siempre!

The English edition says (on p 68, right hand side) that if a player "has chosen 3 or 4 [terrain pieces], he can attempt to move or remove a single element."
So, surely all armies can attempt to move or remove at least one piece; while those led by a Strategist can attempt to move or remove a second (or re-roll, if they prefer).
I wonder if this is a change between the English and French editions?

In french rule it is said :
If a player has chosen 3 terrain of the 4 he could choose.
Compulsary terrain doesn't count because you must use it. |

In the English version, it is written "3 of 4". So no possibility of mistake here. _________________ C'est un Germain Breton, il faut pas le secouer trop fort, meme s'il le demande.

You've re-read this right and see how you accidently took 3 or 4 instead of 3 of 4 ? |
