For the 13th Offensive d'hiver of the Grognards d'Alsace, an ADLG tournament in 15mm / 200pts / 5 games will take place on Saturday March 2 and Sunday March 3, 2024 in Lingolsheim near Strasbourg.
Designed and arbitrated by myself, its “historical” theme is:

As planned, the 76 parties are listed in the french post of our tournament. Just give me the faction number to reserve it. I will update the list of course. You can choose one faction one day and decide to change the next day. Wink

Designed by myself, its “historical” theme is:

General data:
Address: 19, rue de Geispolsheim 67480 Lingolsheim
Fees: 38 euros (access + 2 breakfasts + 2 meals)
Maximum number of players: 32
Number of rounds: 5
Format: 1 single version in 200 pts (see special conditions) with a precise date.
Scale: 15 mm; all miniatures must be painted and based, representative of their troop type.

Tournament rules:
Pairings:
- first round: draw between the group of “Marco’s friends” and that of the “others”;
- for other rounds direct Swiss system if 32 players otherwise arranged (2.1);
- for the first four: rounds no meetings between players from the same club;
- Sunday afternoon “no mercy”;
Other points:
- Duration of games: 2 hours 30 minutes in 7 rounds minimum.
- The games stop when the referee calls on the defender's turn. He declares a Blitz ending if necessary to reach 7 turns.
- Terrains: Players must bring correct and representative terrain elements.
- Playing surface: The tables will be 120 x 80 cm.

- Deployment plans must be shown to the opponent at the end of the game. They will be checked by the referee. In the event of non-compliance, the referee will redeploy the units at the edge of the table in accordance with the plan unless this disadvantages the opponent.
- Players must count the turns.
- Dice must be provided by the organization
- No second throws
- In the event of an unintentional rule error, there is no going-back, except in simple cases concerning the current phase.

Special conditions:
Authorized lists:
35 lists were selected with 76 army possibilities (factions).
List selection:
Each of these factions is selected according to the principle of “1st request, 1st served” by email giving me your choice. It may be followed by secondary choices in case your 1st choice should not be available.
As soon as a list is reserved, I will communicate it via the tournament post on the AdG website.
Special rule: we are all “brothers”
Allies must be in the 76 proposed factions.
1. It can happen that 2 adversaries have taken the same ally: the result of the 1st command die of one of these 2 allies immediately applies to the other.
2. It is possible that player A has an ally from the same army as his opponent, player B. If this ally is unreliable, then player B can spend 2 CP per turn to give -1 (penalty) to the next die roll of player A attempting to “recover” his allied body.
Players finding themselves in one of the two situations above will be each time credited with 2 victory points (VP; therefore for the tournament from 0 to 10 VP.

Participants will send their list by February 25, 2014.
The armies played and the player list will be released a few days before the tournament.

Saturday 2March 24
Check-in and breakfast as of 8:30 a.m.
- 1st round: 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Lunch 12:30-1:30 p.m.
- 2nd round: 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 3rd round: 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Dinner 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at a restaurant: at the one in downtown Strasbourg or a new one near the playground. This is an optional activity.
