I was just wondering if this is the right interpretation of what happens with an Elephant rampage unit destruction.
In a recent game we had a situation where an Elephant, faced by a unit of HF sword, was destroyed.
It was the HF swords turn - so at the end of the move it may choose to pursuit into the gap left by the destroyed elephant.
On either side of the Elephant were friendly MF sword impetuous - both also in melee with two enemy HF swordsmen.
One of the MF sword impetuous (to the left of the Elephant) had 2 casualties against in from the melee.
At the end of the melee, the Elephant Rampage dice is thrown and the Elephant routes through the friendly MF with two existing casualties - adding another casualty and destroying it
The question that arose, was whether the HF swords that had been fighting the MF that was destroyed by the rampage could also pursuit into the gap left by its destruction at the end of the turn. Our interpretation was that it could. But can this be confirmed/clarified
Many thanks |

It does not matter how and why a units opponents in mêlée routs. When the last one routs p62 pursuit is possible / mandatory.
There is always a possibility of a cascade of routs.
When all routs are done then pursuits may begin. _________________ Player 747 don't call me Jumbo |
