Players from the same club will not play each other in the first two rounds unless unavoidable.

Also: I plan to sort a soup and sandwich but the cost will be additional, or if we have enough entries included in the fee

Inverness is a fair distance for some. I'm happy to lend an army to anyone who may have a problem bringing their own figures.
The venue is surrounded by B&B's and hotels, there are lots of great places to eat locally and a cinema and theatre a couple of hundred yards away.

Venue location: A short walk from the train and bus station, lots of free and/or cheap parking very close by. For anyone flying in there is an airport bus service to the bus station.

VENUE: British Legion Club, 17 King St, Inverness IV3 5DF. Note its the Club on King Street, not the office, one block away, on Huntly Street. Set your satnav to the right one.
HOW TO FIND IT:
By Car - Head for Tesco's, it is on the opposite side of King Street to the Legion.
By Bus/Train - Walk from the Bus/Train station towards the river, cross any of the bridges. Once again head for Tesco's. A 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations.
PARKING: There is tons of parking nearby. Tesco's has a large car park, it may be time limited so do check! There is parking by the river on Huntly street 50 yards away, 100 yards away on Bishops Road by the Cathedral and more next to that at the Eden Court Theatre. The Theatre car park merges at the back with a massive council car park.
GETTING INTO THE CLUB: Early in the morning the entrance door may be closed. Just ring the buzzer on the gate and/or the main door.

TIMING :
Saturday - Doors Open 09:00 : Game 1: 9:30-12:00, Game 2: 13:00-15:30, Game 3: 16:00-18:30
Sunday - Doors Open 09:00 : Game 4: 9:30-12:00, Game 3: 13:00-15:30, Prizes: 16:00

IF ANYONE USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO ARRIVE/LEAVE HAS A TIGHT SCHEDULE LET ME KNOW AND I'LL SEE IF I CAN CHANGE THE TIMING OF YOUR GAMES.
