Issue: Earlier Biblical armies often lack light cavalry so only the general quality matters to initiative.
Solution: Give a +1 bonus to initiative for armies that have 6+ Light Chariots. This would be the same bonus as the one for having 2+ Light Cavalry and armies could claim one or the other. So having 6 LCh and 2 LC in an army is still +1. |
